You Must Be A Member To Hire The Function Room, Many People Have Become Members Of The Club For This Purpose Which We Welcome.
Function room hire falls into different tiers and depends on the event hosted but in general for Birthday's, Wedding Receptions & Christenings the following applies:
There is a £50 deposit which will be returned if we take £700 over the bar, we do this because it wasn't fair on our loyal members who attend the club on a regular basis, we found that when the concert room was free to hire people would become member to use the function room (which is fine) but then would end up getting free use without any money going back into the club, a large proportion of our profits goes into improving the facilities at Elland WMC we've spent a very large amount of money in recent years improving our facilities, that's what makes us Calderdale's Premier Social Club.
